About 7 years ago, they explained how we go about buying a property and what it would cost, including all the detailed financials, we were a bit skeptical but we proceeded in good faith. Our faith was repaid because as it turns out their figures were very accurate. All the financials have come in better than predicted. The whole process has been seamless and smooth. Communication has been excellent as we have been in constant contact with them over the years with regular property reviews.
