Zen Property & Finance, ABN 28 103 555 513 (Zen, we, us), explains here how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request The Blueprint to Property Wealth through a Facebook or Instagram form, or make an initial enquiry.

This policy covers initial enquiries and ebook requests. If you proceed with a loan application or other service involving additional financial information, we will identify the responsible provider and give you the relevant privacy and collection information before collecting that information.

What we collect and why

We collect the information you provide directly to us. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number, enquiry subject, message and preference about being contacted.

For an ebook request, we also receive the submission time and identifiers for the lead, form and advertisement. We use these to administer the request, keep accurate enquiry records, prevent duplicate processing and understand which advertisements generate submissions.

Our current e-book forms ask for your name, email and phone number so we can provide the e-book and Zen can call you directly about your property or finance goals. Earlier versions of our Meta form offered a “No, just the ebook” option. If you selected that option, we will continue to respect it and will not treat it as permission for sales calls or ongoing promotional messages. You can change your contact preference by emailing us.

Our website enquiry form collects the contact details and message you submit so we can respond. Without a usable contact method, we cannot reply. Please do not include identity documents, bank statements, tax file numbers or detailed financial records in an ebook or general enquiry form.

Who handles your information

Authorised Zen staff and our appointed marketing and technical support providers handle enquiry information for the purposes described here. Our ebook process uses Meta for Facebook and Instagram forms, Google Sheets for lead records, and email for notifying our team. Our website is hosted on Wix.

These technology providers also handle information under their own privacy terms. We disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell the contact details collected through this ebook service.

Storage, security and overseas processing

We use access controls and limit access to people who need the information for their work. Information held through cloud services can be processed outside Australia. Wix identifies potential data storage in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. Google operates servers internationally, so information held through Google services can also be processed outside Australia. The location depends on the service and its processing arrangements. We retain information for the enquiry, service and applicable recordkeeping purposes for which it is needed. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it, subject to legal retention requirements.

You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, change your contact preference, or raise a privacy complaint using the contact details above. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will consider your request and explain our response, including any reason we cannot provide access or make a requested correction.
